Rhubarb Posted June 9, 2004 Author Share Posted June 9, 2004 meldrew, the 1973 edition suffix re-printed appendix has obviously fallen out of your rule book. this is quite common due to the extra heavy bold print used on page 7 (use of banjos and their relevance to the back-step rule) over stressing the staples. Page 16.5 if you had it, leaves open the option of 'novel use of name denotation' which, if you read between the lines, clearly was opening the way for the internet age playing of our most wonderful game.
