trailerman
I'm so amazed at my good fortune this morning that I had to unlurk - I just dropped a slice of buttered bread and it landed BUTTER SIDE UP! obviously the gods are smiling - any suggestions for outrageous risk-taking or wild gambles I should make while my luck's in? WindyMiller
I've always fancied covering the se7en in KY, bet that would make it slip through the air 🤔 🤔 Windy Red and Black 1.8K

Meldrew
You'd better put a condom on it first in order to stop the paint getting damaged.
Meldrew
Antigravity butter is a great idea, though. If you buttered your toast with enough of it, it could float at mouth height leaving you two hands free to read the paper in the morning.
Violet Elizabeth
If toast always lands butterside down ... and a cat always lands on its feet ... What happens if you strap some toast to the back of cat and drop them ?????
KevSull Too
Noger, I think we've covered this before. It's the perfect recipie for a perpetual motion device as they would hover above the ground rotating frantically as the folk lore forces battle it out. The only thing stopping the development is finding a way to fit a power take off device to the cat without it scratching you. 😬You laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you're all the same. 😬

WindyMiller
You'd need to be careful with excessive use of antigravity butter on toast, as with flat toast it's "flight" couuld become unstable. A slight fold would be needed to create a di-hedral angle thus maintaining stable floating toast instead of it diving off at the last second. Alternatively a version of fly by wire toast could be mastered Windy Red and Black 1.8K
