db Posted May 31, 2004 Share Posted May 31, 2004 I saw a dead cat bounce today. It was horrible, and I'll be quite happy if I never see anything like that again. We were making good progress in the Somme battlefields in France when we happened upon traffic. As we came into town a cat shot out and went onto the wheels of the car two in front of our group. Myles Posted June 1, 2004 Share Posted June 1, 2004 I can't remember where I saw this (it was a few years ago either in Cyprus or the UK), but when barrelling along a motorway, some daft moggy ran right out in front of a car in the inner lane. It went right between the wheels and I saw it roll-over several times under the car before being spat-out at the back. It recovered its feet fluidly and ran off. No idea if it was hurt, but it certainly survived the initial encounter... Keep BC free and open for ALL.
