I've seen the posting you might be refering to. The test day is open to the general public, but the teams suppliers also tend to invite people along. The difference is that when you get invited to a test day by a TEAM you get to go in the pits, get food/drink provided, get goodie bags, and other corporate hospitality stuff, (as when I went on the Benneton test day in 2001) The general public just get entry into the track, (as when me and Mr Mays went last year). Silver 21 Posted May 28, 2004 Share Posted May 28, 2004 Guys On GP Test days at Silverstone you are allowed on the outside of the circuit only to watch, you cannot get access to the paddock without a pass. I only made it to the afternoon session a month or so ago though - ISTR the morning sesh was from around 9:30-11:30.
