Managed to find out they aren't stuck to the ground... but the barrier in front was just too high to make a quick snatch of a green one with flares. ☹️ Obviously I can't raffle Legoland Windsor, but I can offer the next best thing - a Legoland keyring (with a Star Wars SnowTrooper attached).
