Chassis built and registered c. 20 years ago for single make race series, based on Lotus 7 but lighter, stiffer and stronger. Built by Dastall Engineering (Surrey). After race series ended car was stripped back to chassis and mothballed for 15 years. During '90s chassis was purchased by engineer who rebuilt car with 5 speed gear box, Lancia 2 litre engine. Now for sale to highest bidder over £5,000 by end of May. No further information available from me, but I can put you in touch both with the chassis engineer (who built cars for James Hunt), and the guy who rebuilt it. The car in good working order, registered on the original plate (V registered). May need attention to third gear (will try to fix this prior to viewings/ sale.
