POP7 Posted May 16, 2004 Share Posted May 16, 2004 Is there anybody out there who has a spare 4 speed box hanging around after an upgrade ? I have a live axle 1700 Supersprint with , I believe, the 'Escort' 4 speed box with integral bellhousing. It is making horrible noises and leaking oil all over the place. I have already replaced the rear oil seal to no avail. There is quite a lot of play in the tail shaft so I guess needs reconditioning. If you have a gearbox, in good condition, that you wish to sell, I would be most interested....Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
