Lots of sun beforehand and lots of sun after. and a run today. I was VERY hot and very thirsty ❗ Anyway - we'll do some practice before we race again - it tends to help 😬 WELL DONE EWEN ❗ As we know the west of England contains Bath. Which is near to EVERYWHERE.
