simonbell
Anyone in IT please help I have just reinstalled Windows 2000 on my desktop after a nightmare weekend. svchost.exe keeps crashing though which upsets a few things in Windows. This started before I reinstalled and now that everything is just about setup it has started to crash again. I had checked the machine was clear from virii and then did a clean install. Any ideas why this keeps happening New duratec powered build underway *New website soon* I`ve seen the future.....and it`s powered by duratec
mahatma
Does it blue screen or does it just reset itself ?
simonbell
All sorted now........ I installed god knows how many megabytes of service pack 4 onto Windows 2000 thinking that would be everything up to date. I`ve just installed an additional 18Mb of security updates Anyway seems to have cured it. Also have Zone Alarms Pro back up and running too. Now back to my wireless networking New duratec powered build underway *New website soon* I`ve seen the future.....and it`s powered by duratec
