Tazio
The bits are all made by Quaife, and can be sourced either direct from them, SPC or Demon Tweeks. Cost for a 5 speed is around £66. Alan

Alex Wong1697456877
I've got a SPC (Quaiffe) quickshift lever. It's beautifully made and does work well. Definitely more expensive than the DVA option and also suprisingly difficult to fit (it's a very snug fit) but I'm very pleased with mine. Whenever I go back to a standard lever, it seems somewhat vague and indirect now. Stuart Wallace
Thanks Chris, I have just fitted the quick shift mod from Dave Andrews site. Far better than standard and so cheap to do, well under a fiver even with the star driver I had to buy to remove the leaver. A good one!!
CHRIS CLARK
You see Alex, you could have saved yourself some dosh and grief! Glad you like the mod Stuart. Wish I'd thought of it!!!!!!!biggrin.gif I find that the second to third change is the one that surprised me the most. When I first did this mod and took the 7 for a test drive I kept thinking that it can't be 'in' and was waiting for the inevitable huge rev rise as the clutch came up. It never did!!! Petrolhead
The DA sounds good but for some technical reason (I can't thing what it is) I am still interested in the SPC one. Alex, do you have any pics or tech info/price Peter Better to go in a blaze of glory than to fade away teeth.gif

Chelspeed
Try Quaife webpage http://www.quaife.co.uk/ if you follow the products - new products - page 15 QUAIFE accessories / options for Ford Rocket / Sierra there's a picture of the various sticks, short, long, 4 speed and 5 speed plus a Caterham special (short, bent 5 speed presumably).
