stevefoster
Ok Steve R. Don't see why not Steve N... It's fun and for NTL. Needs to be a dry day as we have to push my 7 out of the garage For another £5, I can do toe setting and camber check... Nifty
Not meaning to take anything away from Steve Foster but for your information Marc Hicks of Anglia Sevens spent 10 years setting up F1 cars including Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve's Championship winning cars. If you wish give him a ring on 07814 477964. He has transformed a number of Carrotlanders cars, including my own, simply by tweeks here and there. Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
shn7
Nifty, No problem with other more experienced folk being able to do a better job perhaps. Just that Steve F. has location and cost/benefit (both for me and NtL) on his side for me. Steve.
Steve Robinson
Cheers for the info Nifty, but I've no doubt Steve can improve on what I have, which frees up the money for other tweaks and NTL benefit as well 😬 Everyones a winner! Will email you offline to arrange a date Steve Steve
stevefoster
I think you summed it up Nifty. Simple little tweaks here and there... Hants (North) and Berkshire Area club site here My racing info site here

Steve Robinson
Hard to say Simon. Took one off last night and it isn't in the best condition, but no idea how old I'm afraid. Steve
TorAtle
I did the Peter C method today. Result was seemingly good, but I want to make sure I got everything right - When doing the front heights, will half a driver be equally good as a driver + half a passenger because they are symmetrically around the roll axis? Also, when trying to achieve balance on the two "knife edges", does it matter where the ballast is located as long as it's around the boot area? I did the rears after the front (not sure if this is correct). The front heights will probably differ by a bit. With still the driver + half a passenger in the car, should the rear heights be set the same or +15mm from the respective front corners? If the same, should an average of the fronts be used..?
