MM - can you please tell Mav that his shiny bit did arrive last week and that as soon as I get a new rubber ring, I should be able to get some pink juice wooshing past it and see whether it works...

Thanks!

Yes - my next door neighbour was supposed to lend me a set of those extraction tools - but forgot - so I drilled the old one to within a fistful of thou' of its life and then used my (previously) trusty Swiss Army knife to extract the whisps of brass...

Knacked my knife in the process, but I got the rubbish out.

I'm just off outside to refit the thermostat (with the freshly purchased ringy thing) and then start chasing airlocks...

Twas a thread upstairs that made me think yestersday morning "what shall I do today"

Both Noger & Jen were part of putting me up to it, I'm not looking forward to my credit card bill

And a single bloke in a car looks very suspicious to customs, I got the "wos in the back" in Calais and again in Dover (luckily with out one of the Dover family, namely Ben being called in for the search)

Toulous sossies for breakfast, hhhmmmmmm

I have blond, Brune and Triple (8.5% !!!)

Magic stuff, £2.99 in most supermarkets in the UK (2.40 on special in Sainsbury)

In Carrefour the blond and brune are £1.38 and the triple is £1.53

I bought some diesel on the way down in the UK for £0.779 a litre and then filled up in France for £0.56 a litre

😬
