info on fitting 16" HPC wheels to a live axle (and a set of HPC wheels)

I've seen an owner locally that appears to have achieved this (although the rear drums look quite different to the original ones) - unfortunately I've been unable to get in touch with him to find out how he's done it (info on parts needed etc).

 

Anyone with any ideas I'd be greatful if you could drop me a line.

He probably had a ford escort axle fitted to the car.Best advice is leave well alone 16" wheels are only good for looking at ,the best wheel for your car is 13"
