Nothing else stands out to me as being in need to replacement for MOT but I am not a mechanic and make no warranty or otherwise about that, and it's priced accordingly. MPG depends on how you drive it - low teens to mid-high 20s possible. If you're interested I can e-mail you a much longer description of the car.
