Sheds Moderator
For sale: HotLap Lap timer comprising: Microcomputer Model 640, Display 615, Receiver 614 and steering wheel switch. No transmitter. Manuf. Serena Industries of CA, USA. All the leads are present save one, it's a standard telephone cable so will cost loose change to replace. Originally supplied by Rollcentre +44 1480 464052 (UK) Age about 96 (car is 96 and Serena sold the rights to the HotLap to LongAcre in 97). I've never used it but the previous owner said it works with the standard transmitters used at circuits, and the gubbins here is the set of things required for current/best lap time, averages, etc. £60 plus p+p. Sheds Moderator
One more try and it goes back in the shed, I'll try again in the trackday season. Offers anyone?
Sheds Moderator
Still no joy. Is this too old a model to be interesting? Or is my price wrong? I suppose in a specialist market like this the number of buyers is limited, and if the item's pretty old then this won't help.
Myles
Trouble might be that a lot of trackdays don't allow timing of any sort due to public liability issues... Keep BC free and open for ALL. Sheds Moderator
Still for sale. If it won't go here, is there likely to be any interest from circuit racers, karts, bikes etc?

Sheds Moderator
Thanks Richard, the Administrator at the grad site has kindly put this up. If there's still no joy it's Ebay time, if I can be bothered.
