Put it back for repair. “Sorry sir, no loan phones available” Got it back, keypad stopped working 2 weeks later. Back in for repair. “Sorry sir, no loan phones available” Collected it Tuesday evening this week, keypad stopped working AGAIN Wednesday evening. Stroppy phonecall ensured I got a loan phone this time, but what a palarver…. scooby dooby doo
I had a phone like that. worked for a month, intermittant for a month, took it in for repair, no loan phones so was without it for a month. Then the same thing happened worked for a month, intermittant for a month, being repaired for a month. and again. and again. woo-hoo ❗ End of contract, new phone please WITH insurance. that phone died 10 times in the first 9 months but i got a free replacement each time. Then they bought in a 15 quid charge for each claim but luckily it survived until about 15 months were up when i got a new phone. my first phone last 2.5 years without a problem...
