Mattj
Really looking forwards to Llandow sprint in a couple of weeks, having never attended before, but have a couple of enquiries for Dave or others in the know: - We would like to have an on-board camera running at this event, are they allowed, and if so is there any special action to take in regards to gaining permission, fixtures and scrutineering?? Sorry if this sounds a bit numpty , we have never run an on-board camera before. - We're thinking of inviting a few nearby relatives to come and laugh at our abysmal performances, some very young, some a little aged, so are specators allowed? Entrance fee? Spectator age restrictions? Catering and WC facilities? Thanks a lot Matt & Andy
Jason Plato
On board cameras are permitted , but authorisation must be sought from the scrutineers . The fixing for the camera must be of a "suitable safe fixing" that will not cause you or others harm . I cant determine what this is personally ( so dont ask ! ) , you will have to seek the advice of others and then the scrutineer . Spectators are permitted and there is no entry fee . WC's are available as is food and hot drinks . Spectators are allowed in restricted areas of the course to view , obviously you need to take care in the paddock as this is the most in appropriate place for children to be off their teathers . Pets are not permitted . Look forward to seeing you ......... Dave Lotus 7 Club Speed Champion 2003 South Wales Area Organiser C7 TOP
