simonbell
It seems the price has been coming down which is good. Work offered to put it in for me about a year ago......which was good but it was unavailable which was bad. Anyway apparently everyone in NI will be abale to get broadband by end of 2005 according to BT I`m not holding my breath New duratec powered build underway *New website soon* I`ve seen the future.....and it`s powered by duratec

rossybee
Mate of mine just moved from Cirencester to work in Washington (Tyne & Wear, not 'merca). He settled on Durham, paid £280k for a 4 bed semi He did say there are cheaper areas such as Sth Sheilds, but his wife was put off as soon as she arrived by women fighting in the car park Rrrrrrrrrrroooossssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss !!!!! here
scooby dooby doo
yup - that price range looks about right - possibly a smidge high... 250k is where the 4 beds start - they seem to go upto about 350k. or at the upper end of the 3 beds...here HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R

rossybee
Aye, why you want a 4 bed? Get a 2 bed with garage, plus an R500 Rrrrrrrrrrroooossssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss !!!!! here
scooby dooby doo
I have a nice seven - its not far off being my perfect R400 spec - making the engine do more is a waste as it'll lose life expectancy. Next project is a bike engined fury methinks But first I need to sort the house, and money in a house will gain in value, money in a seven won't. When I have one of each THEN I can work on the 2nd seven 😬 HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R
scooby dooby doo
3 bed means ebough space for and loads and LOADS and LOADS of mates for BBQs and parties. A 2 bed means only loads and LOADS of mates - which isn't as good... HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R
