Vogon SuperTrooper
Steering. I think I've found that my car understeers very badly such that when turning into a roundabout, with power, my car would rather pitch off into the nearside lane with the old lady in the Rover 25. Question: do cars with thinner tyres steer better (ie, go where you point them) than those with, say, 16 inch HPCs. Or are they 15inch? Can't remember. Advice, thoughts gratefully received. puremalt
What are your tyre pressures? Do you have adjustable shockers? Have you had your steering geometry checked? Or do you just enter roundabouts too fast? 😬 You should be able to steer the car on the gas on a roundabout. drB
the previous owner of my 7 fitted a stiffer front roll bar and reckoned that cut down the tendancy to understeer... ouch!
