Not the prettiest in the world, but the car has been totally reliable during my ownership (over 2 years). In fact, last year in the height of summer we drove it fully laden 2,500 miles in 40C heat around France. The car comes with a tiny bit of MOT and has many receipts, including a brand new (not reconditioned) Ford gearbox, fitted in 2000. Recent purchases include 4 new tyres and a rear exhaust box.
