It fits to the grill very neatly, but because the grill is not 100% vertical, neither is the strut, although not far off. Is this likely to be a problem with scrutineers? After I drove a couple of hundred miles and found my official strut was still in the garage at home. Scrutineers weren't too bothered - they couldn't pull it off, so decided it was acceptable!
