owelly
I've measured the engine in my Volvo to see what Kit it will fit in. Its only a matter of time before the big ol'bus ends up in a hedge/on its roof/in a big snotty mess *eek* Then I can blat proper! Its not the same when your toasty warm listeningm to the stereo savin up to be eccentric. but for now, i'll just be stupid...
simonbell
Since the sale of my se7en my Volvo has been taking a bit of a pounding..... It still refuses to go round corners as fast as the se7en and its pants at overtaking. Any spare turbos lying around the sheds? Have engine, diff, tacho, clutch and a sexy ultra lightweight flywheel.......need car I`ve seen the future.....and it`s powered by duratec

Meldrew
Simon - I can strongly recommend turbo Volvos. After wasting a mid seventies Ferrari 308 from the lights on the Epsom road a few weeks ago. Pity I didn't have a dog in the back.
chrisb
I was out for a nice blat last night with a CBR600. What I lost on the straights, I made up for in the twisty stuff. 😬 My new brakes are *thumbup* *thumbup* Still need to sort some new wheels though..... scooby dooby doo
308s have a max of 255 bhp (1977, after that emissions stuff reduces power to 210). The lightest ones are the fibreglass ones (up to 1997, steel after that) as they're 1300 kg instead of 1430 - 1500 kg. So the power to weight is only 195 at best to 140 at worst. However - they are utterly gorgeous looking HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R
