fixing fibre glass

Miff

Recommended Posts

some git has reversed into grp nosecone causing reasonably large cracks. Obviously they didn't leave any details. Currently looking quite stylish with a clear gaffer tape temporary fix (3 months temporary). Don't particularly want to shell out for a new nosecone as I suspect it will happen again.

What's the best way to fix it, do I just apply some fibre-glass to the reverse or does anyone have or know of any novel methods?

Just fibre-glass the reverse as you say, to stabilise the structure again. As far as the front face goes it's a case of trying to hide the any damage with touch-up paint.
