x-flow engine bits (1700 s/s and beyond)

It appears that I need to strip and rebuild a 1700s/sprint.

Engine put togethor by Caterham so head not u/l, 1300 escort pistons etc.

 

Looking for :-

 

Unleaded head - either same valve sizes as std 1700s/s or slightly larger (aiming to put a 244 or A6 cam in there I think to replace the 234 - still researching this one).

Set of Forged pistons for 1700cc or above (ha ha ha)

(it's an AX block so I'll bore out if I need to )

Set of lightened / balanced rods

Any other items of exotica that I can lay my hands on that you think I might need.. (steel crank is not required as I can't afford to build a monster)

 

I'm working here on the theory that "If you don't ask you don't get. And if you don't get then there's nothing lost"

I have 14 USED forged pistons from my previous 7 (all steel 1700cc Big Valve X-flow by Roger King) if you are interested. 10 of them are Accralite pistons the other 4 are a different brand which sitting here at work I can't remember.

All the pistons are pocketed for big valves, and have been used for a number of races where they will have been used upto 8500rpm. If you are interested I could send you a photo(s).
