J A T Richardson
I have a 1988 live axle, old-type suspension (single top link and A/R bar) Xflow Seven. My F/O/S wheel bearings are s*****d 😳. Does anyone know the part number? Are they Triumph Herald bearings? (I know they've gone, 'cos the grease has gone a funny overheated colour, there is a shower of chromium when you take the bearing out and it is ROUGH! when you turn the wheel) Thx for help

Support Team Shaun_E Posted February 13, 2004 Support Team Share Posted February 13, 2004 Take look here. I believe that the price from Caterham is actually pretty good so unless having them posted to you is a problem, it's probably best to get the bearings from them. Yellow SL #
Sheds Moderator
GHk1925, Spit mk 4/Herald bearings are available from any Unipart dealer at about 12 quid. Often in stock. I buy mine in the UK... Alternatively Rimmers, Lincoln, can mail order. CC aren't too bad on price, if you need other stuff you could just add it to the order.
