Paul McKenzie
Ken, What's wrong with that 🤔 It's what most manufacturers supply for a close ratio box for a 7, e.g. my semi-helical SPC (Quaife internals) box which gives a road speed with a standard 3.92 diff. of about 50 mph at 7000 rpm on 16" wheels, or about 47 mph on 13" These ratios are superb for a Ford or VX seven, and I reckon the box would also be good in a K, although most people obviously go for the 6 speeder (which costs double) Paul
Luke Beaumont
I run a 2.2 1st in my K seven. 55mph in 1st, I love it, if only it wasn't so durned noisy.
