I'm looking for a standard K series head, complete with valves, springs etc. but I'm not concerned wether it has cams or not. Who's gone to a VVC/VHPD head and got one lying around? Car 13 Posted February 10, 2004 Share Posted February 10, 2004 It is from a H reg metro Gti 1.4 K 16 engine so I think it is low port as high port was fited to later models with MPI set up.
