I even managed to use it when talking to the lady at the till in Boots. Meldrew Posted January 30, 2004 Share Posted January 30, 2004 Alex - This sounds like a game we used to play in physics supervisions - try and work pre-agreed, immensely unlikely words into the conversation and score points over a term for difficulty, style and context. Never did learn much physics. I noticed myself using the word "schmendrik" to describe fellow motorists a couple of times this morning after reading it last night.
