Red SLR
I currently run ACB10's in the following size. 185/50X13 I want to change to Yoko 32R's. Apparently these are only made in 185/60X13. Is this ok for my car? (1600 Superlight) What effect will the extra hieght have? Simon. X777CAT
julians
Simon, Why do you want to change? Julian
Red SLR
1) The ACBs have worn out 2) The Yokos are about £40 cheaper a corner. Simon. X777CAT
Mike Bees
You'll get a bit more ground clearance and slightly higher gearing. Plenty of people running Superlights on that size of tyre, so no worries. Mike
Red SLR
Cheers Mike. So there wont be problems with rubbing on the cycle wings etc. Great. Simon. X777CAT

V7 SLR
Do you know about the camber changes required going from crossplys to radials? I understand it's not too bad running ACB10's on too much camber, but Yoko's NEED that camber or they flex onto the outer shoulder during hard cornering. Red SLR
So will I have to mess about with camber if I change?? That is no fun! X777CAT
