You'll be wanting the 'custom' 40mm stem rather than he standard 100mm center mirror stem that SPA usually supply - if you want, I can dig out the e-mail contact I've got at SPA-Direct who has sorted me out with non-standard bits in the past (I'm guessing that if you asked for the short stem at the time of ordering, the price would be the same...) Myles Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 Julian, The guy I've dealt with is Steve Hawkins - S.Hawkins@spa-uk.co.uk He's done a number of things for me - such as sourcing taller stems for my side mirrors, the 'Caterham-spec' 40mm center stem for my GT mirror - essential if you have an FIA bar (IMHO), and also sorting out a set of the slightly-smaller-than-current-regs GT side mirrors. He has intercepted SPA-Direct orders I've placed via the internet and amended the details (e.g. at one point recently, you could only order the largest GT side mirrors via the website - he arranged for me to receive the right ones).
