boogs
I promised my other half that if this is run this year, and doesn't clash with a Grads race, she can use the car to enter. Can someone please let me know if it is taking place and, if so, when? Thanks. John P
Silver 21
John I'm not sure, we didn't run one last year as the date wasn't available. I didn't orgainse the previous one either I think it was down to Roger & Barbara. It was more of a Ladies Day with tuition rather than a physical sprint I think. Don't forget Ladies can enter any of our sprints and the championship its not the exclusive domain of the men and I would openly encourage more ladies to compete. *thumbup* If theres enough interest perhaps we can investigate Graham Competition Secretary How many events for 2004?????? (It looks like 9)
RichardO
BB; Do the 7 club give out a "fastest lady" award at the sprints? Can't remember if we do, but I know my local motor clubs do - and they seem to have higher female participation than we do. R

Mrs Kipper
Mrs Kipper here. Ladies' Day - what memories what fun 😬 It was weeks before the smile left my face. One of my most enjoyable days ever thanks to great organisation and instruction. It gave me the confidence to go sprinting last year. But, ladies, you don't really need a ladies' day, just join me and enter the sprints. They are great fun. Everybody is so friendly and full of advice and encourgement for any novice. If a mature lady such as me can do it then so can you. I plan to do the hillclimbs as well as the sprints this year So, come on, give me some competition. Pat Kipper Fun is not a straight line.
