Matthew Willoughby
Having a really quiet day at work. Everything seems to have slowed down for Christmas already. What do you lot get up to when you're at work but not working? (Apart from Blatchat obviously)
Mrs GTD
I didn't think there was anything other than work & Blatchat

Manxseven
Outside my office window there is a new building being built (It's a Boiler house). So over the last few weeks from the comfort of my office I now know how to lay foundations/brick laying/putting the roof on/tiling 😬 😬 Off to build me own house now 😬 😬 Simon Emmens Caterham and Pussy Photos here 😬

Matthew Willoughby
Decided to ask my boss if he had anything he wanted me to do. He gave me some stuff so I thought I'd have look on here. It doesn't make any difference whether I have work or not - I always end up in the same place. I can always find time for Blatchat. Any ideas for when I've ploughed my way through this pile?

Rhubarb
I find planning the next touring holiday helps pass the time rather well.. mostly this week i've been using here to plan a touring holiday of scotland in the Caterham for next spring. A ferry trip to skye and then the outer hebrides looks good to me!
chrisb
My day goes something like this_: Blatchat + tea when I arrive Blatchat + tea at morning break Blatchat + tea + lunch Blatchat + tea at afternoon break Blatchat + no tea, when itrs home time. Oh and more blatchat when I'm waitinf for stuff to download / upload / install
Matthew Willoughby
Rhubarb Good plan. I've got to find myself a 7 first though. That takes up a fair bit of time trawling for sale ads etc. Once I have my car I'll be able to fill the "searching for car" time with "what should I do with the ccar next" time 😬 Chris Substitute tea for coffee and that all sounds very familiar at the moment

scooby dooby doo
Rhubarb - have a look here and the two haggis hunts we did to scotland. And visit geek whilst you're there as he lives on Skye HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R Edited by - hoopy on 12 Dec 2003 13:53:
Rhubarb
thanks Hoopy! Those tours look great.. just put myself onto the 7tour email list incase any more come up. I think i can pass a good few hours at work over the next few days/weeks/months plotting a route to combine the best bits from the Haggis hunting tours. Off hand can you remember how expensive/cheap the hotels you stayed in were? i'm thinking of taking the camping gear to keep the costs down, but an occasional night in a B&B/hotel would not be out of the question! scooby dooby doo
you can download the routebooks if you like. We're fully booked for the northeast/borders tour i think - but you could try asking richard / mike to squeeze youin. Norway isn't fully booked yet. USA 2005 is booked I think, not sure what else will happen in 2005. HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R

ewenm
I cancelled out of the NE/Borders tour recently (clashes with the wedding of a very good friend), so you might be lucky 71560 miles and counting...
