timbo
I need to gather interest for seats pictured on link below... seat mode type ***Mulsanne B**. Dimensions: Shoulder 470mm Bum: 325mm Thighs 405mm Height 630mm http://reverie.ltd.uk/shop/products.php?g1=b29f82&PHPSESSID=8ceba651098d07a7ca501bfde83e7fe8 Basically this is an early stage enquiry. The seat has a high carbon gloss frt with black GRP back. The company will look into seat fitting options whether fixed braces or runners depending on interest. Current prices on a tentative basis are c. £209 + VAT + delivery for orders over £2K... that means we only need 5 takers. Additonal discount maybe forthcoming for orders above £2K. The padding kit (foam) is £20 and they are currently developing a suade padding kit. A seat fitting kit price would need to be added. A wider GT type seat is on offer aswell for larger proportioned people. I think the seat looks fabulous (Lotus R340 or aerial atom I think use it). The seat will be in a Cat 7 SV at autosport I have been advised. Who'd be interested? SV R HORNET cause its all yellow and black
Geoff Dixon
What about the totally c/f one, Mulsanne C, will they do "special" price on those as if so would be interested in a pair complete with mounting brackets. Have one of their steering wheels and extremely pleased with it.
timbo
I'm sure they can work the same pro rata discount on whatever option each wants. SV R HORNET cause its all yellow and black

rynicolson
Tim... does this mean you don't want my leather seats???? out of interest will these fit a standard car? timbo
If this doesn't come off I'm still your man 😬 I was never particularily interested in the Caterham Tillet as having sat in it, it was a tad uncomfortable for my slim frame. With the Reverie you get all the looks plus the pading kit is very tastefull and would be much more comfortable than the Tillet.... I don't need a race seat! I'll know in Jan at Autosport as there'll be a couple to try. SV R HORNET cause its all yellow and black

timbo
Either way you won't be stuck Richard..... I have yet to see any post of leather S type seats for sale not to be sold within 1 hour! (obviously price being a key determinator). Anyone else? No decision will be made until after Autosport so all can see the seat fitted, the padding options and fitting kit choices confirmed. (Full C/R) with padding - price - tbc Simon: 2 x Mulsanne B (C/R & GRP) with padding Richard: 2 x Mulsanne B (C/R & GRP) with padding (or possibly full C/R, price tbc) Mike: 2 x Mulsanne B (C/R & GRP) with padding David: 2 x Mulsanne B (C/R & GRP) with padding Prices shouldn't be an issue as parties interested above break the threshold - we should be able to get them even cheaper!...final decisions after autosport then. graham bass
I may be interested in either 2 x mulsanne B or C. Can't afford full carbon of C but low back appeals would they consider Mulsanne C in carbon and GRP? and at what cost? Regards Graham
Geoff Dixon
Graham would suggest you think long and hard about the low back seats unless you regularily wear a crash helment. In the event of a crash whip lash can easily cause your head to smash onto the roll over bar which can have disastrous results.
Sideways Sid
Am interested if i fit them, tried the tillet and found them to narrow, also because of my height i was to close to the cage, have now had the low floor pan fitted. i will look out for them at the autosport show. YellowSeven
Can anyone tell me the weight of a Mulsanne B seat? Also what is the weight of a Caterham (Tillet) Seat? Thanks
Richard_E
Would like to know the weight, but i am interested in a couple.
Mark Piper
OK Timbo, as long as I don't have to commit until the full price is known and that it is confirmed that they'll fit in a standard width car, put me down for a pair of the Mulsanne Bs. ISTR Reverie are in Essex - Southend way?...so I could pick mine up from there and could act as a warehouse for a limited number of others too if people prefer to collect from a location nearer to the Stansted airport junction of the M11, rather than the backside of nowhere that is Southend 😳
Red Ticker
I'd be interested in a pair but would have to check that they fit both me and a non-sv car! I am a tight fit in a Seven, but need more shoulder width than the Tillets have. M Martin Red Ticker
