Barbarella Posted November 22, 2003 Share Posted November 22, 2003 This started with an innocent question “Is a bonanza a very big crop of bananas” when me’an’Fletch were waiting in the checkout queue in Sainsbleburys. Then we started to wibble a bit (as we do). 1.Bandanna – a banana with a scarf round its head 2.Banzai – a suicidal Japanese banana 3.Bandolier – a banana with lots of bullets in it 4.Bantam – a very small banana that lays eggs 5.Banbury – a place where dead bananas are laid to rest 6.Banda – a black presidential banana 7.Bananarama – a strange cult of shaven-headed people that wear yellow robes, play tambourines and worship bananas 8.Banderas – a dark hairy South American banana that appears in films I’m sure there were more, perhaps shedly peeps would like to have a go…..
