scooby dooby doo
Tam - you sent me an e-mail to home and I've been too busy/late home to answer it. Can you post it in the sheds so I can answer it now 🤔 I'll be gone at about 4pm but if you call loudly enough I may hear from Em's HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R

Mr C
Tam is currently on a German Lesson school trip (got a note from her parents & everything ). The school bus gets back to Heathrow tonight. Not sure if she's pining for the fjords, but she's certainly pining for the 'sheds. MR C

not a Postman Pat
Hoopy, you are such a smoothie. I can't imagine a lady can hear much that is more flattering than "You've sent me an email, but I'm too busy to answer it" Particularly when you are too busy answering posts from everyone else Pat and his not quite black and white cat
scooby dooby doo
It was sent to my home address - I've hardly had time to reply to any mails from home ☹️ If it had been sent to work I'd have replied a hundred times over HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R

Myles
Where did you get the masonry from? I had a vague notion that the sheds were made out of faux wooden planks - actually extruded Cadbury's Flake material... Buda
I'd always envisaged that the sheds where made of crinkly asbestos cement sheeting?, BTW I've got a proficiancy certificate in asbestos management in buildings, it cost me 50p and a ciggy from one of the 6th formers. so using my indepth knowledge of the subject I would suggest we all hold our breaths till we get outside and then get it surveyed by a qualified asbestos consultant. This message was brought to you by the cawr regulations (control of asbestos at work regs) 2002.

Tam
😬 As Mr C said, I was on a school trip to Frankfurt this week (Association of Pension Lawyers Annual Conference - laugh a minute I can tell you beer was good though...... ) Hoops - all I wanted to know was whether the Raj tandoori at Farringdon was decent enough for a team night out - and does it do veggie (boss is veggie - pays to stay in his good books ) Got to go now ☹️ but will be back tomorrow for a proper wibble - oh how I have missed you all ❗
scooby dooby doo
pretty sure it does veggie. Its very nice but not particularly cheap. HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R
scooby dooby doo
The masonry was from the foundations - under the corrugated asbestos sheeting stuff that makes the wall over there HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R
Hibster.
asbestos Yikes, nasty stuff, Hoopy do you know anyone who is a whizz with H&S matters to help get the shed sorted ? Paul Supercheese R250
La vache espagnole
Don't be worried, the shed is made of friendly materials like corrugated cheese, straw* and string (the Cam7 extension of TIG-welded aluminium and pre-preg carbonfibre panels is rather smart if a little, er, pimpy...). [architectural historian hat] Ah! Now these foundation stones are rather interesting. The tool-marks point to a Romano-British construction¤ of the 4th cen... WHAAAT??? Someone has chipped a piece off! Outrageous!! Wait till I get my hands on the culprit... [/architectural historian hat] * No, not cheese straws ... and not cheese strings either, that would be silly... ¤ Perhaps the remains of a Roman forum...? Um, I think it's time to get my toga/coat... 😳 nothing...
owelly
Well I can tell you all that the left-handed, East wing of the shed is made from Knitted tea-bags stretched over a stutdy framework of battered king-prawns. The door frames appear to have been hewn from the antlers of a german shepherd an the doors are made from compressed spewtum from a small herd of lighthouses. The windows are made from garden clippngs and the light fittings have been weaved from lard. Just in case you were wondrin. No masonicary ere.. savin up to be eccentric. but for now, i'll just be stupid...

scooby dooby doo
Emma is a H&S person. I wonder if that's why she doesn't visit us down here very often HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R

scooby dooby doo
Don't think so... I've not seen any whips, chains, cuffs etc at Em's flat. OTOH Health and safety people like to have lots of clamps and chains and ropes to make everything VERY secure...
