kirium
Help wanted.. My water temperature gauge has suddenly decided not to inform me of the temp and stay on 0! Can anybody point me in the right direction ? I have done the obvious - check wiring etc and all seems ok ? Could it be the gauge itself or the thermo etc? Being a bit less that useless in the car engineering field, any advice will be greatfully accepted.
Graham Sewell
Most likely will be a dodgy sender unit or earth at the guage. Cheers, Graham
EFA
Ground the lead on the sender to the block and see if the guage moves then. if it does, the sender is faulty. If not the wiring or gauge is at fault. You can swap your oil pres and temp guages around to prove the gauges are OK.
