Barbarella
Not that we wouldn't be delighted to see other shedders BUT ...at least don't plan on going from the M27 to Port Solent or Cosham. There is a new junction with traffic lights all over the place and no proper road markings - IT IS HELL. The queues are horrendous and no-one knows where they are going. Also, there are huge bumps and ramps everywhere which are big enough to wreck a Se7en. If not fixed very shortly, will be phoning up City Engineer. Why didn't they leave it as a roundabout. It just needed lights at rush hour. A few £K not £7m which is what they've spent on it. Violet Elizabeth
I am currently coming past the-place-that-shall-not-be-named @ about 8:30 each day (and then again in the darkness) on the M27 ... seems OK.
Rick W
Lovely place to go with hundreds of French restaurants - and all within a few hours sailing time.
Debert
Going past it on't highway is fine - Going through it is "fun" Jen - i reckon that the middle bit is big enough for practicing donuts though! Still won't be as much fun as the roundabout was. [loud crying "waaaah" sounds] Bring back our roundabout! Violet Elizabeth
Aha That will explain the huge queue of traffic on the M27 going east as I am going west 😳
amc
After sitting in the (worse than ever!) queues there over the weekend I'm now avoiding the area. Have they opened it back up or is it still an horrendous mass of cones? Cheers, Andy.

Eric McLoughlin
Should be sorted out in about two years. (That's how long they took to work out the best route around "The Meadows" roundabout near Camberly).

Tam
As a great fan of the Handy Cross roundabout in High Wycombe I look forward to the challenge next time I come to visit my friend in Cosham 😳
Barbarella
Tam When you come to Cosham - let us know - organise beer/blats/battenburg/tea and biscuits etc. Some of the bumps and ramps at the new junction have been flattened out a bit now, but drivers are still getting lost and going the wrong side of traffic islands.
