Pelico
I have just unpacked my shiny new Apollo tank and sizing it up against my engine I notice that I do not have the hole where I expected there to be one to fit the top braided hose onto the cam cover ! Am I missing something stupid ? Engine is a '94 K Series 1.4SS L811 VTR BRG/Yellow SuperSport

Pelico
Mav, When I first read your post last night I thought you were kidding !!! You are not are you ? Somehow the idea of taking a drill to my engine scares the willies out of me Angus, I have print outs of your installation on my desk already. Cheers. I am going for the Laminvoa option too so I have been studying the WillFly site as well. P L811 VTR BRG/Yellow SuperSport

Mr Locust
Stating the obvious but take off the cover first. Also use only aerotight type nuts inside the engine if the fittings supplied are anything like mine were. Loose bits will scrap cams and heads. Paul D Jones
If it fits [the threads that is] put the bolt bit inside the head then the nut on the outside and then the hose connection onto the fitting Then if the nut comes loose it can not fall into the cam area of the engine as the hose connection will stop it falling through. At the very least use hydraulic quality lock tight ie. oil proof If the nut fails off it can cause a lot of damage to the engine. Paul.
