Chickenhawk
Anyone know where you can get replacement 'Delanair' heaters/heater motors from (apart from a museum - where I think they shuold be!)? Also I think that the matrix needs looking at, can you buy the whole thing complete or do I need to clean/prime/respray/refurb the whole lot? It looks like the original was made out of baked bean tins anyway! It's all to go back in a 1986/7 1700 X-Flow
Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted November 10, 2003 Leadership Team Share Posted November 10, 2003 Can you post a description/dimensions of the heater that you are looking for? I've got one of the old ones on a shelf that you would be welcome to if it is the right type. Regards - Michael.
Chickenhawk
Its about 400mm wide x 250mm deep x 100mm high. The fan sits on top in the centre, draws air in from the bottom and blows it sideways and back down into the footwell via 2 x alum. deflectors. Water entry from Will measure it tonight. Can email a sketch if you drop me an email to: mallen@proavsolutions.com Thanks. Rgds Martin Allen
