woodster
13 inch ford PCD wheels so that I fit some slicks for track days - finding running CR500s a little bit to expensive.....Any type considered (KN diamonds, minilights etc)
mal
Try some 13" steel wheels off an escort or cortina. these 5.5" wheels are very light, [lighter than most alloys at 4.5KG] and very cheep too - could be perfect for track days!
Irrelevant
Steel wheels dissipate heat far less effectively than alloy wheels. With slicks and, presumerably, road pads fitted, this may be a problem. J351 TPE . . . battered old X/Flow
stagecrew
Hi. I have a set of black and chrome KN? wheels complete with slicks taking up far to much space in the garage. I don’t really know the fitment but they did fit on the R500. Tyres still have some life left. I also have a couple of extra used rear slicks as well. Let me know if you’re interested as I can take some photos. Greg. Greg R5OON
Tyrone
Greg, Guy is in Lincolnshire at the moment and probably incommunicado. But I know he will be interested. How much are you looking for. He's probably looking to spend £100-150.
woodster
Hi Greg, Tyrone was right, I have been away for the last week.
