rossybee
So I am. My electric shaver is goosed and I can't be bothered buying a new one. I haven't shaved for about a month (except for me napper [head] about a fortnight ago) . I have been referred to a Alexei Sayle look-a-like before but the final straw came yesterday when a colleague called me "a white Barry White" So - today - shaver is being purchased... I would ask for any recommended makes, but I think maybe that would be a more suited topic for upstairs... "Yes, the Philishave DX4020 has by far the best trimming properties, etc...." rossybee
Plus 32 with a beard ain't cooooool, plus the kids hate beardies on the tummy, plus the wife says it makes me look about 45, plus it's beginning to itch like hell, plus it tickle my lip, plus food gets stuck in it, plus I think I've more hair on me chin than on me heed 😳 Rrrrrosssssss!!!!!!! mav
Braun - one of them with the clean & Charge. Mine was about £150 3 yrs ago, and havs had 1 set of foil & cutter in the mean time. Absolutely superb
Myles
I've got a Braun too - but it sucks (should've read the instructions - ed.). It wasn't 150 quid (more like 100) - but it has never really shaved 'as close as a blade'. OK for slumming though. There just ain't a substitute for cold steel... ...except hot lead of course Alcester Racing 7's Equipe - 🙆🏻

simonbell
I switched from wet shave to a leccy shaver a couple of years back. Much prefer the wet shave but it`s so much easier with the electric one, OK it`s not as close but you can stand in front of the mirror and waft it about without too much concentration (something which I lack first thing in the morning).
