Myles Posted October 29, 2003 Share Posted October 29, 2003 ...had a whole bunch of extremely vivid, lucid dreams last night... In one, Ray Hanna (of The Old Flying Machine company - the guys who do the Goodwood Revival airshows etc.) crashed a Lancaster bomber whilst doing an outside loop (actually, he bounced it off the ground, bailed out, but his 'chute failed to open). This was somewhere over Birmingham... I didn't see an explosion, so I made my way into the center of Brum where I met a friend who sold me some monkey nuts from his sweet stall (these were the same type of sweets I won from Ric in the recent Sheds raffle...). We made our way further into Brum by bus - during the journey we switched on the TV news - but apart from a terrorist attack on the G1 Plaza in the 'States, there was no mention of any crashes. So Ray is probably OK (landed on a stunt-jump airbag or similar...) Phew! So glad I didn't kill him 😳 and I got another bag of monkey nuts into the bargain (and they were only a quid a bag! Result!).
