Marius
During planning some more modifications I ran onto the fuel-cell-problem. Originally I wanted to fit the ATL-cell from Caterham but I was just offered a JPE-cell which sits just above the rear-axle behind the seats. Has anyone experience with this cell, positive or negative. As far as I know it´s a damn piece of work to fit it..... Thanks in advance ! EFA
Marius, Brise will make you one of these for a lot less than Caterham sell them for..... All it does if give you an extra 2 gallons capacity, but it moves the mass of the tank forward, effectively transferring weight to the front - not sure if this is a good thing or not... Powderpuff
The last thing you want in a Vx is more weight at the front teeth.gif Al.
EFA
Albert, It does add weight to the front, which moves the c of g forwards but it does not increase the mass at the front. More WEIGHT on the front will enhance turn in. More MASS at the front will induce understeer.
