EFA
I've been trying to phone this guy for 5 days - Anyone know where he might be?? Arnie Webb The Fat Bloke blush.gif in a Slow Old Vauxhall wink.gif
Andrew Dent
Arnie, spoke to him this morning about their new ECU. It was my 3rd attempt to get hold of him Andrew
CHRIS CLARK
Arnie, I suspect he's suffering with 'chase-up-ecu delivery-date-itis' !!! Watch this space I guess.
murph7355
I was due down there last week but couldn't make it and he noted he was fully tied up for the next few weeks...so I guess patience may be key at the minute. C7 AJM
Rob Walker
Its always like phoning the moon Arnie to get these people, if you don`t catch them before they start mapping say 9-30am you won`t get any joy until after 5pm. Try an e-mail KARLPATON'aol.com you may get lucky.
Tony Martyr
I decided not to buy their ecu because I could never get hold of them. In comparison I got hold of dta without problem and returned emails on the same day. Its all about perceived purchasing risk as much as quality of goods isn't it? murph7355
If you look on the se7ens list there's another email address for Emerald on it (they occasionally post on there). Agree with the perceived risk thing. But on the flip side there is so much knowledge on the se7ens list (etc.) about the Emerald ECU that you'd be less likely to need to call Emerald direct. Not to mention huge amounts of maps available which I would think should get most (K series at least) configurations up and running. I have found myself wishing I'd gone with the Emerald rather than MBE at times... C7 AJM
