Stuart Faulds
Built new for 2003 season and maintained regardless of expense. Race winner, and took pole and fastest lap last time out. Done running in and track miles only, and had bare chassis rebuild before Brands (including new brakes all round and new dedion tube). Full cage, side impact bar, adjustable front and rear arb's, spare set of rims (will not split), 22% rack, Momo wheel, Tillet drivers seat. Full engine rebuild by Minister mid-season (£££), and full bottom end being rebuilt now (new crank, pistons and rods) after bearing damage last time out. Gearbox also being rebuilt by Road & Race while the engine's out. This car has had serious money spent on it to keep it 100% at all times, and has wanted for absolutely nothing. Now in 2004 spec with aeroscreen, half doors and mirrors mounted on the cage. Contact Stuart on stuart@fastlanecomputing.co.uk or 07788 561122 for full details. Can be viewed by arrangement near Harlow, Essex. £15,995 Edited by - sfaulds on 1 Nov 2003 12:08:

boogs
Forgot to say - very good price for such a well maintained competative car. And I think Rachel is worth a bit more than that Nifty!
Nifty
How do you know how much is in my piggy bank (Having seen Rachel racing a number of times last year I'd have to conclude I couldn't afford her ) Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
Stuart Faulds
Thanks for that John - are you not tempted to move up? With a bit of luck (and lot of piggy bank scraping, just to stay on topic), we'll be doing the Eurocup next season. Stuart
boogs
Stuart: I certainly was planning to move up mid way through the season but things started to get better from then on, and couldn't get any better than Brands, so I decided to give Grads another year and see what I can achieve before starting as a new boy again. We'll be sorry to see Rachel go. That will mean that there will only be two girls left, plus the odd drive from Sarah (not that she drives oddly!). Any girls out there fancy buying Rachel's car and giving it a go?
Steve-B
has it been repaired after the saturday 1130 race at Brands when according to the PA announcers "it's blowing fluid(s) all over the track and she has retired".... not that it's a big deal like i can afford a second car, but has it been put right 🤔 Steve B Big Black Beast^3 SV VHPD Join us on the USA 2005 tour......HERE
Stuart Faulds
The engine's being rebuilt as I type, and while it's out the 'box is off to Road and Race for a refresh. Hence: To be supplied ready to win again with freshly rebuilt engine and gearbox Cheers Stuart Edited by - sfaulds on 27 Oct 2003 15:59:

captain chaos
Off Topic, but I babysitted Rachel when she was young! Having not seen her in years it was good to follow her exploits in the academy. Good luck in the Euro Cup.

boogs
Captain Chaos: This is what Rachel looks like these days (well last November at the Caterham Dinner Dance.) I bet she's grown! She "Scrubs up well" as my old Kiwi mate Mike would have said. You can hit me on the 8th Rachel ;-) JP http://www.graduates.org.uk/gallery/02awards/green-2.jpg
