GTD
Gerard has asked if we can identify anyone from the supporters who is particularly skilled in the weather forecasting department to help with information on Saturday - so anyone with a tame piece of seaweed, of maybe a field full of cows they would like to bring to Silverstone, please identify yourself! Hopefully it'll be more than

Steve-B
i have a perfect instrument for this: it's a tripod with a string with a rock suspended: if the rock is wet -- it's raining if the rock is sideways -- it's windy if the rock is white -- it's snowing if the rock is all of the above -- IT's SILVERSTONE 😬 😬 😬 Steve B Big Black Beast^3 SV VHPD Join us on the USA 2005 tour......HERE

GTD
Sounds ideal - I guess McLaren's string suspending tripod is probably made of carbon fibre?
Hibster.
Steve That sounds like the 100% accurant pregnancy testing kit. 1. The lady concerned wees into a jam jar 2. Put jam jar onto a window sill (doesn't matter about direct sunlight) 3. Wait 9 months 4. If she has a baby then she was pregnant Point 1 is easier said than done WIth point 2, direct sunlight may increase the pong especially towards the end of 3. Paul PS I see John Ketley quite often as he lives nearish to me. He seems to frequent Baldock Tesco and Hitchin WH Smith and you can watch people from a mile off mouthing "oh look, it's that weather man" Supercheese R250

Debert
Saturday 25th October Mainly dry, bright start with sunny spells after a local early frost and fog patches. Increasingly cloudy with the risk of a few showers later. Max = 11 Min =4 Insert Picture of fluffy white cloud with bits of sunshine poking out of right hand side here Outlook for the UK for Saturday 01/11/2003 Unsettled and at times windy with rain or showers affecting all areas, perhaps heavy and prolonged, with a risk of gales, especially in the north and west. Temperatures are likely to be near or even a little above normal. PS: I think that carrying a brolly and not needing it is a fine idea old chap! 😬 Blue and Silver Sublime Vehicle Barbarella here
