Uses for Audi 80!!

The thing is, I have inherited a 1990 Audi 80. Resonable condition. No t or t and it has a cracked windyscreen so it would need a new one for the MOT. I don't need an Audi 80. So what do I do with it? Its too good to scrap. Too big to put in the cupboard under the stairs with all the hoover attachments that people keep athough they have no need for. Its too big to fill with flowers and hang in the style of a hanging basket(case). To unaquarium like to fill with water and fish. So all suggestions welcome. Sensible or rediculous. 🤔 *confused*

I've beent thinking about a 3rd car...

...my tintop (all of 3.5k in 1st year of ownership) is sitting 40 miles away in its own shed and I could do with the flexibility of another one here to keep the 7 company.

I was thinking more Landy though...

Drove one 5 days a week for 3 years... very fond memories *smile*

I'd go for a series II SWB, but fitted with V8, Hoooge wheels and power steering (Audi 80 based kit obviously *wink* )

My Caterham Silver Jubilee No. 7 is here with Mavis, under 'Mark's Cars'.

I had a brief flirtation over the weekend with the idea of a soft top 110, then reality descended.

Some of them are very cheap, but then they are 1 careful owner, 80 different squady drivers who didn't give a stuff, raced & ralied at every sand dune and generally driven flat out (not saying much as most ex-MOD ones are 2.5 nat asp and produce 67bhp !!)

Reality has decided that I need a TDi (100+ bhp) and I like the idea of something bigger than my estranged wifes Nissan Patrol so it must be a 110, I don't need 12 seats but what the hell, with more than 9 seats you can get away with free congestion charging. Now I'm spending half of my time on Blatchat and the other half on Autotrader (and a third half on the various Landy specialists websites)

Bring on the foot of snow, bring on the floods, bring on the pestilence, bring on the locusts and the souring of the milk for I will be ready

PS can someone lend me half a day every day as I'm getting behind
