Marius Posted March 10, 2001 Share Posted March 10, 2001 Now two throttle-bodies have gone into closer selection for my XE-7: QED offer parallel-bodies, direct-to-head, SBD offered me a set of taper-bodies, also direct-to-head. As far as I know they´re slightly more difficult to adjust. The 3D system will definitly be a DTA if that is of any help to you. If you lot had to choose, which way would you go ??? EFA Posted March 10, 2001 Share Posted March 10, 2001 The Jenvey ones with the 4 bodies and common manifold are best. They offer performance almost as good as Swindon slide throttles. I just wouldn't buy them from...... QED sell both types. I have never needed to adjsut mine after the initial adjustment which took about 5 minutes!
