Actually, I get a bizarre buzz from insomnia - occassionally (perhaps caffeine OD related), I don't actually get any zzzs until about 8 or 9 in the AM - but I get the most vivid and interactive dreams for the hour or so that I do get to 'sleep'... I've got a mental block - can't remember the word for those dreams that seem absolutely real and allow complete interaction etc. - I've had a few over the years and they are bwillliant...
