Roasted, with nice crispy roast spuds, broccoli, stuffing and a bit of redcurrant jelly on the side. I bought some chicken joints in Sainsburys today. I looked at all the packs. None of them appeared to have two legs in them that came from the same chicken, unless Sainsbrury's Organic Chickens come from a farm on the hill and ALL the chooks have one leg bigger than the other.
